Welcome to Alpha Heating and Cooling Managed by RNH Holdings ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at https://alpha-heating-and-cooling.com/ (the "Site") and your purchase of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning ("HVAC") services from us, including repair, installation, diagnostic, and maintenance services (the "Services"). By requesting an inspection, scheduling service, or otherwise using the Site or our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.
Our Services
We provide residential and commercial HVAC repair, installation, diagnostic, and maintenance services in Dallas, TX and the surrounding North Texas area. Our Services are performed by trained technicians and are intended to address heating and cooling equipment issues as described at the time of scheduling or during an on-site inspection.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions of a property's electrical, structural, or ductwork systems that are outside the scope of the agreed work, or for issues arising from equipment, parts, or work not installed or performed by us.
Scheduling, Inspections, and Estimates
Inspection Requests: Submitting a request for a free inspection through the Site does not guarantee a specific appointment time. We will contact you to confirm scheduling based on technician availability.
Written Estimates: Before any repair or installation work begins, our technician will inspect the applicable system and provide a written estimate. Work will not proceed beyond diagnostic assessment without your approval of the estimate, except in situations you specifically authorize verbally due to urgency.
Diagnostic Fees: A diagnostic or trip fee may apply for on-site visits. Any applicable fee will be disclosed to you prior to or at the time of the visit.
Payment
Pricing: Prices for Services are provided in writing prior to the start of work and are quoted in U.S. dollars. Final pricing may vary from initial estimates if the technician identifies additional issues once work has begun; any such changes will be communicated to you before additional work is performed.
Payment Methods: We accept the payment methods disclosed to you at the time of service. Payment for completed work is due upon completion unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing.
Taxes: Quoted prices are exclusive of applicable sales tax unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the Services provided.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment so that the appointment slot can be made available to another customer. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a required deposit for future scheduling.
Workmanship and Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work. Any warranty applicable to labor performed by our technicians, or to parts and equipment installed, will be disclosed to you in writing at the time of service or on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties on equipment and parts are governed by the manufacturer's own terms, and we will assist in facilitating manufacturer warranty claims where applicable, but we do not independently guarantee manufacturer performance.
